Makkarakeitto

“Sausage soup”
A traditional Finnish dish is the “Makkarakeitto”. This is something I highly connect to my upbringing. This performance is based on the ingredients and they are thrown on a keyboard connected to pedals creating the sound of Makkarakeitto.

To recreate this sound, just follow the recipe:
1 instrument
3-5 potatoes
2 carrots
1 leek
1 Finnish sausage
1 vegetable buillion cube
Fresh parsley
Salt
